Terms of Use
Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using veterinarydentalarts.com (the "Site"), operated by Veterinary Dental Arts ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms at any time, and the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Informational use only
Everything on this Site — articles, FAQ answers, pricing menus, education content, blog posts, photographs, and illustrations — is provided for general informational purposes about veterinary dental care.
Nothing on this Site is veterinary medical advice for your specific pet. Pricing, descriptions of procedures, and educational content are general references. Treatment recommendations require an in-person examination of your animal by a licensed veterinarian. If your pet has an urgent medical concern, contact a veterinarian directly.
Use of this Site does not create a veterinarian–client–patient relationship. A relationship is established only after an in-person visit and the customary patient intake process at our practice.
Pricing and availability
The prices shown on the Site reflect our packaged pricing as of the "Last updated" date. We make a good-faith effort to keep them current. Final pricing for a procedure depends on the clinical findings and any add-on services discussed and authorized during the visit. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Appointments are subject to availability and our acceptance.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Specifically:
- Original artwork. The paintings, illustrations, and other commissioned or original artwork on the Site are owned by or licensed to Veterinary Dental Arts. They may not be copied, downloaded, redistributed, or used to train any model or system without our prior written permission.
- Text content. The written content on the Site (page copy, blog posts, education materials, FAQ answers) is owned by Veterinary Dental Arts. Short quotations for non-commercial reference (for example, a pet owner sharing a paragraph with their primary vet) are welcome with attribution. Republishing entire pages or substantial portions is not permitted without our prior written permission.
- Trademarks. "Veterinary Dental Arts," the VDA wordmark, the forged iron molar logo, and associated taglines are unregistered common-law trademarks of Veterinary Dental Arts. You may not use them to imply affiliation or endorsement.
- Code. The HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that build the Site are made available to you only for the purpose of viewing the Site in a normal web browser.
Permitted use
You may use this Site to learn about our practice, view our services and pricing, read our educational content, and contact us. You may not:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to harvest content beyond what is reasonable for a typical search engine
- Use the content of the Site to train machine learning models, large language models, or other artificial intelligence systems without our prior written permission
